prāṇaṃ devā anu prāṇanti . manuṣyāḥ paśavaśca ye .
prāṇo hi bhūtānāmāyuḥ
Prana makes all animals, humans, and even devas (Gods) live. Therefore, Prana is life itself.

WHY YOGA?

Yoga is the science of consciousness, and the practice of self-inquiry. The natural playground for any creative person.

At Yoga for Creativity, we practice Hatha Yoga, part of the Raja path — the path of technique. These techniques cultivate a balanced flow of prana and engineer a still mind.
Helping us to live, and create, authentically.

Hatha is the most widely practiced system of yoga in the world (including its various forms such as vinyasa, ashtanga, and others). Yet it is often misunderstood as simply a form of exercise. In truth, the physical postures are only one part of the system, like all hatha techniques, they are practiced to cultivate and balance prana while also preparing the body and mind for stillness in meditation.

Every class includes a beginner friendly balanced sequence of:

asana (posture),

nidra (relaxation)

pranayama (energy control through breathing),

dharana & dhyana (concentration & meditation)
